The Transmitted Heart of Japanese Jujutsu
The Hakko Denshin Ryu Jujutsu Federation preserves and teaches an authentic Japanese martial art rooted in the lineage of Shodai Soke Ryuho Okuyama, founder of Hakko Ryu Jujutsu. The North American Federation carries forward the art as it was taught by Shodai Soke Michael J. LaMonica, founder of Hakko Denshin Ryu, preserving his technical and philosophical transmission of a tradition tracing back over 1,300 years.
